The Caroline Community Center is located in the town of Williamston, South Carolina. It is owned and operated by the Williamston Action Community Club (W.A.C.C.). The W.A.C.C., founded in 1985, is a 501(c)3 nonprofit that is a reflection of the community around it: diverse, supportive, and strong.
