We are pleased to welcome you to the Caroline Community Center as you consider our facility for your special event, function, or meeting. Our team is dedicated to helping you plan and execute a successful, memorable occasion, and we offer a range of options to suit your needs.

At the Caroline Community Center, you will find a variety of rooms in different sizes and styles, each equipped with a range of amenities to meet your needs. Whether you are planning a wedding reception, a corporate meeting, a birthday party, or any other type of event, we have a space that will suit your needs. Our team is available to assist you in choosing the right room, setting it up to your specifications, and making sure that everything runs smoothly on the day of your event.

Safety and enjoyment are our top priorities, and our staff is trained to ensure that your event is both enjoyable and safe for all attendees. We are also committed to offering competitive pricing to help make your event as economical as possible.

Kitchen: The kitchen can be used in conjunction with the Auditorium or the Dining Room for no additional cost. If you use the kitchen, you will be responsible for cleaning the kitchen.
Decorations: You will also be responsible for removing any decoration that you use and removing everything from the tables and putting all trash in the trash receptacles.

Rental Process

  1. Review the room list above to determine which room(s) will meet your needs.
  2. Call 864-245-8874 to check on room availability.
  3. Determine how many chairs and tables you will need.
  4. Fill out the rental application.
  5. Submit the rental application to the Caroline Community Center with the correct non-refundable security deposit.
  6. If your application is approved you should receive your permit and a letter in 5-7 business days.
  7. If your rental is declined you should receive a phone call and your security deposit will be returned.
  8. Your balance will be due 10 days prior to your event.

Deposit

A minimum $50.00 deposit must be made with your reservation. If you do not make this deposit, the building can be rented to someone else.

Additional fees for over the four (4) hour limit will be $25.00 per hour for the auditorium and $20.00 per hour for the dining room.

Checks

Please note our procedure for accepting checks. Only local checks will be accepted. No checks will be accepted within ten (10) days of the event. No postdated checks or second party checks.

Williamston Action Community Club reserves the right to refuse to rent Caroline Community Center or any part of the Center to anyone.
